Privacy policy

Matchday Hotels aims to collect only the information needed to operate the website, respond to enquiries and provide requested fixture alerts.

Information you provide

This may include an email address, a fixture correction, a source link or a message sent to one of the website's contact addresses.

Security and abuse prevention

The fixture correction form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated submissions. When the security check runs, Cloudflare processes limited technical signals such as the visitor's IP address, browser user-agent, TLS fingerprint, sitekey and the website origin.

Matchday Hotels sends the Turnstile token and request IP address to Cloudflare for verification. The IP address is not stored in the supporter correction record. Turnstile is used to protect the form from abuse, not for advertising. More information is available in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Website analytics

The initial release is designed to use privacy-focused aggregate analytics. Affiliate and email services may process additional information under their own privacy notices when those services are enabled.
