Hull Paragon Interchange (Hull)
RLY station recorded in the existing stadium transport mapping. This identifies an arrival option; check your service and the onward route.
Research checked 2026-10-14Hull Paragon Interchange is the station to use for the MKM Stadium. The council puts the walk at about 21 minutes via Park Street, Londesborough Street and the stadium link at Argyle Street.
Plan a stay at Hull City ↗Head for the visiting-supporter section in the north-east corner of the MKM Stadium, rather than stopping at the first home turnstiles you pass. Independent ground guides identify the away section around the North and East Stand corner, but your ticket and matchday stewards should decide the precise gate and block. From Hull Paragon, walk towards Park Street and follow Londesborough Street to the Argyle Street stadium footbridge. This shortens the route through West Park on event days, although you should still allow time to walk round to the visiting entrance. If you come in from Anlaby Road or the Walton Street parking side, follow the signed paths around the stadium and keep clear of the controlled vehicle entrances. The stadium address is West Park, Hull HU3 6HU.
MKM Stadium ↗If you have come by train, allow time to walk back to Hull Paragon rather than relying on a taxi through the stadium traffic. The Argyle Street stadium link is normally open on matchdays and leads towards Londesborough Street and the city centre. Check your train connection beforehand, especially after an evening kick-off. If you parked on Walton Street, expect stewards to manage the exit and leave room for the walking crowd. Visiting-supporter reports describe delays getting onto Walton Street, so do not plan a tight motorway connection after full-time. Priory Park & Ride keeps your car away from the ground but adds a bus journey after the match. Use the signed Anlaby Road matchday bus stop and check the last return service. During Hull Fair or another large event, follow that fixture’s closures rather than the normal Walton Street route.
MKM Stadium ↗Stay around Hull Paragon, Ferensway or Park Street if you want the easiest balance of football and an evening in town. You can walk to the MKM Stadium from the interchange and return without depending on taxis or a late bus.

Compare the stay areas →Hull Paragon Interchange is the station to use for the MKM Stadium. The council puts the walk at about 21 minutes via Park Street, Londesborough Street and the stadium link at Argyle Street. Leave a little longer for the visiting-supporter entrance and the crowds before kick-off.
The railway and bus interchange share one site, so you can change to a local bus without crossing the city. If you are coming from Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield or further afield, check the return connection before you decide whether to stay for a drink after full-time.
Hull station has step-free access to all platforms, with staffed assistance available. That does not mean every stretch of the outdoor walk is suitable for all wheelchair users, so arrange support or accessible drop-off separately where necessary.

For most rail arrivals, walking is the simplest choice. If you would rather save your legs, Stagecoach service 2 runs from Hull city centre towards Anlaby Road, with stops close to the stadium. Its published daytime frequency can be as often as every ten minutes, but evening and Sunday services are less frequent.
Priory Park & Ride is the more useful bus option for drivers approaching Hull from the west. Park for free at Priory Park, buy a bus ticket and use the matchday connection to Anlaby Road near the stadium. Check the actual post-match departure arrangements, particularly for Sunday games or late kick-offs.
Stagecoach also advertises football buses from the West Park/Anlaby Road event stop after selected Saturday and midweek fixtures. These serve particular local routes, so do not assume they provide a direct return to Paragon.
If you are travelling with your club’s official coaches, use the drop-off and collection instructions supplied for that fixture. Walton Street normally provides managed space for cars and coaches beside the stadium, but its entry arrangements and the exact coach holding area are controlled by the organisers.
Once you are dropped off, follow the stewards towards the visiting entrance in the north-east corner. Do not assume a coach will be waiting beside the same gate straight after the game. The West Park paths are busy with pedestrians, and coaches may be released in a managed order.
There is an important seasonal exception: Hull Fair takes over the Walton Street area every October. During the published 6–18 October 2026 restrictions, normal road access was closed, so any coach party needed fixture-specific instructions from the operator rather than the usual postcode.
Arrange accessible tickets and any stadium-perimeter parking with Hull City before you travel. The club’s disability liaison contact can check visiting wheelchair allocations, the correct entrance and whether an on-site pass is available for your fixture. General stadium parking is not the same as a reserved accessible space.
The Walton Street matchday car park is free for Blue Badge holders and provides a fallback when on-site disabled spaces have been allocated. Hull City’s published provision includes away wheelchair positions, accessible toilets and assistance, but confirm your exact route and seating needs directly rather than assuming every approach is step-free.
Hull Paragon station is step-free to every platform. For a lower-walking alternative, ask the club about the designated drop-off on the West Park perimeter road and whether any event-day road closures change access.

Stay around Hull Paragon, Ferensway or Park Street if you want the easiest balance of football and an evening in town. You can walk to the MKM Stadium from the interchange and return without depending on taxis or a late bus. Park Hotel & Apartments on Park Street is one established central option. If you want restaurants and pubs after the game, Hull Old Town and the Fruit Market around Humber Street are more appealing than booking beside West Park. You will have a longer walk back from the ground, but far more choice once you arrive. For a quick stadium-first visit, a central hotel close to the station is still more useful than a room chosen purely because it is west of the city. If you are driving, check your hotel’s parking conditions and overnight price separately from the matchday stadium car parks.
MKM Stadium ↗For most supporters, central Hull is the better overnight base. Park Street/Ferensway is the strongest football-first compromise: it keeps the station and city centre close while putting you on the normal matchday walking route towards the stadium. If the evening after the match matters more than the shortest walk, move east/south-east towards the Old Town and marina.
Old Town, the marina and Fruit Market are the strongest evening cluster for a visitor who wants pubs, food and drinks after the match. Visit Hull's own material highlights the historic Old Town pub circuit and the newer bars/eating places around Humber Street and the marina.
Hull Paragon Interchange is the city's main rail and bus hub. Staying around Ferensway/Park Street is particularly practical because the station is close and the stadium is a roughly 20-minute matchday walk from the interchange.

Parking is chargeable.
Park Hotel & ApartmentsPark Street / west edge of Hull city centreFor the shortest ground journeyRoughly a 16-minute practical walk to the MKM Stadium according to current hotel-location listings.
